Service Description

☕️ 🍶 Create a mug that’s uniquely you! In this beginner-friendly, two-session class, you can handbuild any style of mug you dream up—tall, round, textured, plain, funky, minimalist… whatever your imagination wants (provided we have the tools, stamps, rollers, etc. but feel free to bring your own items for design too). Cheryl will guide you through slab-building and forming techniques, show you how to add handles and details, and help you bring your vision to life. Whether you want something cozy and classic or playful and bold, this is your chance to design a mug that’s truly one of a kind. During your second visit, you’ll glaze your piece with colours that match your personality - soft neutrals, bright pops, earthy tones... anything goes. No experience needed. Just come ready to experiment, get creative, and make a mug that’s perfectly, imperfectly yours. Cheryl will guide you step-by-step through the process, using our tools, forms and glaze. ✨ What’s Included? ✔️ Step-by-step instruction – Perfect for all skill levels, Cheryl will help you create a mug you will be proud of. ✔️ All materials provided – I supply premium clay, tools and forms, as well as the glaze, to bring your vision to life. ✔️ Personalization options – Each design is your own. We can’t wait to see your creativity! We have rollers and stamps and letters to use to make your mug unique. ✔️ Kiln-firing included – We’ll dry and fire your piece (twice) so it’s ready to last for years to come. ✅ Spots are limited! Don’t miss your chance to handbuild and glaze this mug that your friends will ask you “Where did you get that?” and you can say “I made it!” Level of class - Basic What you take home – One mug. Our standard mug will hold 16 oz of liquid but smaller options are available.
