Service Description
🏺💐 Create a beautiful vase to show off your spring flowers. In this beginner-friendly, two-session class, you’ll handbuild your very own vase using simple slab-building techniques. Cheryl will guide you step-by-step as you roll on your chosen texture (we have lots to choose from!), and add a decorative band around the neck of the vase. The design will be your creation. In the second session, you’ll return to glaze your piece—choosing colours that bring your creation to life. No experience needed. Just show up, relax, play with clay, and leave with a handmade vase that you'll be proud of. Cheryl will guide you step-by-step through the process, using our tools, forms and glaze. ✨ What’s Included? ✔️ Step-by-step instruction – Perfect for all skill levels, Cheryl will help you create a piece you will be proud of. ✔️ All materials provided – We supply premium clay, tools and forms, as well as the glaze, to bring your vision to life. ✔️ Personalization options – Each design is your own. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - If you cancel less than one week prior to the workshop, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the workshop, you will be refunded 25% of your registration fee. Less than 72 hours notice will provide no refund. All cancellations have an administrative fee of 5% of your registration fee regardless of the notice period. Rescheduling - We will do our best to fit you into a similar class, but if the piece is not the same that may not be possible. As there are only two workshops in a session, you should be able to ensure that you can attend both. If it happens that you must miss one, please contact Cheryl at cheryl@clayfulpotters.com to try to make alternative arrangements. If we reschedule to a private session, there may be an additional fee.
