Cancellation Policy

Our regular Cancellation Policy applies. If you cancel less than one week prior to the workshop, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the workshop, you will be refunded 25% of your registration fee. Less than 72 hours notice will provide no refund. All cancellations have an administrative fee of 5% of your registration fee regardless of the notice period. If we can fill your spot, you will only be charged the administrative fee. Open Studio Policies and Procedures: You must purchase a bag of clay through us. The price of the clay includes glaze and firing time. You must have taken at least one of our classes to be eligible for participation in these sessions. Cost of the class is based on a 3 hour session, including clean up. You must take care of our tools and forms. If it is found you are abusing the privilege of their use, you will be asked not to return. You must follow the guidance of the instructor and safety policies of CPS. You must only use the clay and glazes of CPS and clay must be stored at CPS. You can bring in your own tools and resources. We are not liable for their maintenance or loss. You must respect that this is a shared space with other creators and share resources and tools accordingly. You must clean up your space when you have finished working. We will fire your work when we feel it is ready and when we have a full kiln of work between all of our students. There is no guaranteed timeline on when it will be completed although we will do our best to complete kiln firings in a timely manner.
