Service Description

☕️ Create a stunning handmade mug inspired by the rich, weathered beauty of ancient copper patinas and deep woodland greens. In this beginner-friendly pottery class, you’ll handbuild your own cozy ceramic mug and explore layered glazing techniques that create these dramatic flowing and rustic colours. In this class we will only be using the specific glazes needed to create this effect. No experience is needed — Cheryl will guide you step-by-step through shaping the mug and attaching handles. Then in 2 weeks, you’ll come back to glaze it under Cheryl's direction to create this moody, organic finish. Whether it becomes your favourite morning coffee mug or a thoughtful handmade gift, this piece is both timeless and beautifully unique. Cheryl will guide you step-by-step through the process, using our tools, forms and glaze. ✨ What’s Included? ✔️ Step-by-step instruction – Perfect for all skill levels, Cheryl will help you create a piece you will be proud of. ✔️ All materials provided – We supply premium clay, tools and forms, as well as the glaze, to bring your vision to life. ✔️ Personalization options – Each design is your own.
